Skin care easy tips for men

Skin care easy tips for men

There are some  skin care tips for men. Men’s might feel  that so far I’ve overlooked  60-70 percent of our population but  their beauty tips are for men and women alike. Almost men might not wear make up or grow their hair past their shoulders but that doesn’t mean the majority of my skin care tips don’t apply. To demonstrate, here are five things men can do to make sure their skin remains in tip-top condition whatever their age.

Other hands, skin care products were thought of as something that only women used. My own father had his unique regimen that included washing his face with a bar of hand soap and covering his shaving nicks with tiny bits of toilet paper. Well, those days are OVER gentlemen! A healthy skin care regimen is just as important for men as it is women. But let’s face it- many men prefer a fuss free approach to skin care that is quick and easy to follow. So let’s break it down into an easy five step program to help all men reap the rewards of good skin care.

I thinks this  steps will be taken towards healthy & handsome skin:

Step- 1 :  Clean your face

Cleansing your skin is a must in your daily routine.  Don’t worry guys; cleansing is just a fancy word for washing your face. This should be done every morning and every evening before bedtime. Just because you can’t see the dirt and grime on your skin, doesn’t mean that it isn’t there. Think about what you are exposed to on a daily basis: pollution, car exhaust, cigarette smoke, even room deodorizers. All of these little particles can land on your skin and cause damage so they must be washed away. However, this doesn’t mean that you can reach for that withered old bar soap. Ordinary soaps tend to be loaded with detergents and deodorizers and can be very harsh and dehydrating to the skin. A good facial cleanser is what you need. Men tend to have skin that is a bit oilier then women’s so find a cleanser that targets normal to oily skin for the best results. Remember, if you don’t cleanse your skin on a daily basis; the excess grime and oil could leave you with clogged pores and breakouts.

Step- 2 :  Exfoliate skin care only for women/ lady
If a men  really want to see and feel a difference in your skin this next step is for you. Exfoliation is the process of removing the dead skin cells from the surface to reveal the new skin cells beneath. Think of an exfoliating scrub the same way you would a piece of light grade sandpaper. A few swipes on a jagged piece of wood and voila, you are left with a soft, smooth surface that looks like a brand new piece of wood. Our skin exfoliates naturally but, as we get older ,the process of exfoliation starts to slow down and we need to help it along. Exfoliation can also help clean out the yucky stuff that can get lodged in your pores. Choose an exfoliant that contains scrubby particles to help smooth the skin and eliminate dullness. The bonus of using an exfoliant is that it will also help soften your hair follicles which can result in a closer, less irritating shave.

Step -3 : skin care by Moisturize
Moisturizers cream is a commercial products but make a world of difference in the appearance of a man & men’s  skin. In fact, men tend to need moisturizer even more than most women do. This is because most men shave their faces. Every time you scrape that razor across your skin, you aren’t only removing facial hair but you are also removing necessary oils from your skin. Then what do you do want ? You(men) probably slap on some alcohol-based aftershave lotion that burns the heck out of your skin. The alcohol then further dehydrates the skin. So what do you need to combat this? What is Moisturizer ? A moisturizer will help to replenish your skin’s moisture content and will help prevent razor burn. Choose a moisturizer that contains SPF to help protect you from ordinary exposure to the sun’s damaging rays. Unprotected sun exposure can lead to pre-mature aging, fine lines, wrinkles and worst of all, skin cancer.

Step- 4 : Care of Eyes
On the  very first side , we start to notice the signs of aging is around the eyes. And unfortunately, this is the very place that many men tend to neglect. The skin around our eyes lacks in both sweat and oil glands making it highly susceptible to dehydration which can show itself as fine lines and wrinkles. The super soft, very thin layer of skin that surrounds our eyes can develop little expression lines that may grow into unsightly wrinkles quickly. So what should you do? Pick up a hydrating eye cream right away. All you need is a little dab of product under and around each eye to do the trick. It will help hydrate, smooth and protect your skin every day. Apply your eye cream every morning and every evening before bedtime and after cleansing.

Step- 5 : Lips care of men’s

It is true that  our lips age severely with time. Take a look at a picture of yourself when you were a young /child. Your lips were fat and there were no lines. Unfortunately, as we age our lips lose collagen and they start to melt right in with the rest of our face. Women can take advantage of lip liners, lip stick and lip glosses but many men draw the line at this! If you look at your lips in the mirror you will see fine lines and wrinkles running in all different directions. Our lips, like the skin around our eyes, also lack in sweat and oil glands. They do not have the same protective layer of skin called the stratum corneum that we have elsewhere on our bodies for added protection. And, because they also lack in melanin they lose that extra protection against the sun’s UV rays. Our lips to a great extent need our help. Men, grab a lip balm, preferably with SPF and as I always say; apply, apply and reapply throughout the day.

Skin Care Tips To Get Your Best Skin For Ever

Skin Care Tips To Get Your Best Skin For Ever

1. Never Use a bar of soap on your dry face
The binders that hold a bar of soap together are in an alkaline base (high pH balance) which will strip all the water and natural oils out of the skin, causing the surface of the skin to dehydrate. Your skin cells need to stay moist in order to be healthy. Without water, acne, sensitivity and dry skin will become aggravated and worsen. Even if the soap claims it’s moisturizing, it will still strip the skin, no matter what. The rule for any cleanser is: More lather, more drying. Less lather, less drying. When choosing a cleanser, always look for the words ‘sulfate-free’ on the bottle. This implies that commonly used detergents were removed from the formula so this should be a safe and gentle cleanser to use on your face. See my recommendations for non-drying, sulfate-free cleansers.

2.  Avoid Using Toner That Cointains sd Alcohol

There are most of the  people like the clean and tight feeling associated with using alcohol on the skin, but this ingredient will strip the skin of water, which results in dead cell build up and dull looking skin. Trying to dry up oily skin will actually cause the skin to increase oil production as part of the skin’s healing and balancing processes. Toners without alcohol are very important for removing drying chlorines, salts and minerals found in tap water. Think of a toner as the rinse cycle for your skin after cleansing. Make sure to use a toner both morning and night after cleansing. So that , we are use free alcohol toners for our skin / face .

3. To get a sound sleep at the night.

It is a bastioned  you know the second cause of wrinkles is sleeping? After sunlight squishing your face into a pillow for approximately 2,200 – 2400 hours per year while you sleep is like ironing wrinkles into the skin. So if you’re someone who wants to prevent premature wrinkles on your face, you might want to consider giving serious thought to how you lay on your pillow at night when you go to sleep. Ideally, sleeping on your back is the best position as this will prevent any creases you make in your face from the pillow, but it will enhance the horizontal lines across the neck, similar to those you get from looking down. You are mostly follow that when you’ve a sound  sleep then you look –like a fresh & cute. So we need a proper sleep at every night.

4.  To check up your face  by esthetician.

You Believe or not  that, a proper home care routine is essential in keeping your skin healthy and  looking cute, but when skin products at home don’t seem to be giving you the results you desire, it’s time seek the help of a professional to boost the results. As the skin ages, circulation and metabolism slow down, resulting in tired and dull looking skin. One of the benefits of a facial is increased circulation and oxygen resulting in healthy, glowing skin. Moreover, deep pore cleansing facials are a must for controlling clogged pores and breakouts. Here are more causes why facials are so helpful .

5.  Not compulsory to use a commercial products Always .
Your  well wisher will be told you about some fabulous product that she loves or you’ll read in a magazine about a product that a famous person uses, but that doesn’t mean it will work for your skin. The main causes, why you may not show improved results with your skin care products could be they aren’t suited for your skin’s explicit needs. If you’re still buying products based on the basic dry, normal and oily skin types, and your skin is anything but that, then take our Skin Type Quiz and learn what your skin really needed.

6. To set-up your mind to avoid an Acid products for your skin.
The helpfulness of exfoliation given by acids like glycolic, salicylic and lactic are awfully advantageous for reducing the manifestation of past sun injure, smoothing and softening the skin, clearing clogged pores and increasing the cell yield rate, which slows down with age. Other exfoliants will try their best, but these acids work deep within the pores and the skin to give remarkable able to be seen results.

7. To Drink hot Lemon water in the morning regularly.
Lessen to breakouts, try drinking hot lemon water first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. constrict fresh lemon into a mug full of hot water and drink when you wake up in the morning. If you don’t have a fresh lemon handy, you can pour in lemon juice. Use enough so that the water tastes very lemon-y. This will help flush out and purify the body internally, potentially reducing toxins and bacteria in the small intestine where spots can be fashioned.

8. If you have a Acne problem to limit use our Commercial products.

It’s a strange,  skin care line geared towards acne is designed to fight bacteria and dry out breakouts. For someone whose skin is covered in severe acne  this may appropriate. Though, for most people who get some breakout activity , acne products can make it worse. They can be extremely drying, and although they will help dry up and heal any individual breakouts that you may currently have on the skin, they will over-dry other non-broken out areas resulting in dry, dead skin cell buildup. This new cell buildup will then act as a obstacle to trap oil under the skin causing more clogged pores and breakouts. So your effort to clear up your skin may actually cause you to break out more! The most important elements for controlling clogged pores and breakouts are to exfoliate with a salicylic acid  and keep the skin hydrated and balanced. Salicylic acid will in fact break through into the pore coating to reduce acne-causes .

9. Wash your face always in morning in the first time.
Confident we all know the importance of washing your skin before bed, but many skip the step in the morning thinking their skin is already clean and free of makeup from the night before. The reason why it’s important to wash your skin in the morning is because while you sleep at night, your skin is in repair mode and will secrete toxins and sebum , which can prevent your daytime products from working most successfully.

10. Cleansing Wipes Avoaiding.
Few years ago, cleansing wipes have become best with people as a way to quickly and easily wipe makeup off their skin without having to deal with water or washcloths. You simply wipe and go.  We believe that , we are not in the best choice for healthy skin. Fundamentally it is like applying cleanser to your face with soap and then not washing it off. The purification agents are designed to break down debris, but it’s the rinsing action from water that actually removes it. Instead, I advise to using a gentle, sulfate-free, low-foaming purification gel or a light weight refining lotion to wash the face.

11. To take care of your Neck & Chest.
In  the sides of the neck and the chest get unbelievable amounts of sun spotlight and are often neglected. Use all of your skin care products on this area. Read more neck and chest information.

12. To change your cosmetics brushes per week.
There are Bacteria and oil can increase on your cosmetic brushes, which can lead to clogged pores and break outs. To  use a new mild liquid dish soap and cold water, carefully wash out your brushes and rinse thoroughly per week . Comb the bristles to prevent tangling. Lay brushes on a clean paper towel and let them dry out in the sun. Cosmetic sponges should be changed with mild soap and rinsed thoroughly after each use a week.

13. To get a early bed in the night.
It is sure that to  getting e sound sleep every night you can offer many skin benefits. Sleep can reduce dark circles because a lack of sleep compromises your body’s circulatory system. You get stagnant blood in the vessels under the eyes because they haven’t properly drained. Lack of sleep also causes the skin to look soft and tired because the circulation has been impaired. In addition, so it is most important to get a sound sleep 6-8 hour per night.

14. To use a cream for Eyes .
Making an allowance for the eye area has almost no oil glands and is first area of the face to show aging from facial expressions, like squinting and smiling, protecting this area with a well-formulated eye cream is essential.

15. To drink a Clean water.

All through the day, your skin is in a high level of stress. It’s exposed to makeup, excessive oil production, in that case to drink pure water  prevent of this stress, harmful free radicals are damaging your skin cells and causing wear and tear to your skin’s collagen and the cells.

 Skin Care Tips for Fall

like the days nurture shorter, the temperatures drop, and the air becomes drier, your skin may lose precious moisture. Autumn is a time of transition, and the best autumn skin care routines will correct any summer damage that has occurred and prepare your skin for winter.

Sun, chlorine, and saltwater may have taken a toll on your skin throughout the summer, so fall is a time to exfoliate and moisturize.

Going to be fabulous, healthy skin & following this Instruction :

Trough the soap. Perfumed  soapy  scrubs might feel  wonderful after a day at the beach, but they leave your skin dry. When fall arrives, switch to a soap-free hydrating cleanser. It’s time to put away the gels and bring out the creamy body wash.

Exfoliate with an oily scrub. The summer sun and chlorine may have left your skin feeling dry and flaky. Start  the new season off with a full-body exfoliation session. Oil-based scrubs are wonderful because they exfoliate and hydrate.

Change from salve to cream. As the air becomes drier, your skin needs a thicker moisturizer. Creams provide a stronger oily barrier, which means they both reduce water loss from the outer layer of skin and provide hydration to this layer of skin at the same time.

Save from harm your lips. Start moisturizing now to avoid dry, cracked lips this winter. Use a non-petroleum based lip balm for best results.

provide in hand cream. Hands often become dry and cracked during fall and winter. An ounce of bar really is worth a pound of cure. Start moisturizing your hands now to ensure soft, supple hands all winter long.

Skin-care tips for all In winter

Skin-care tips for all In winter

Stipulation your skin gets drier in the winter, use oil-based ointments and creams that tend to be more moisturizing and less grating than water-based lotions, suggested Dr. Nicole Burkemper, an associate professor of dermatology at Saint Louis University.

Public with dried up skin on the face should avoid harsh peels, masks, alcohol-based toners or astringents that can strip oil from the skin, Burkemper said in a university news release. Products with alpha-hydroxy and retinoid can also worsen dry facial skin, she added.

For waterless lips, plain petroleum jelly is an effective and cheap way to prevent chapping, Burkemper said.

While having a bath or shower, she recommends closing the bathroom door to trap moisture, and restrictive baths or showers to 5 to 10 minutes. Use warm, rather than hot, water and a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. And blot your skin dry with a towel, and apply moisturizer without delay after  your dry skin.

"scarf are important, and leather gloves hold in warmth better than cloth or woven gloves," Burkemper added. "You should also remove wet gloves and socks as soon as possible since the moisture can actually worsen dry, irritated skin."

If you have dry skin on your hands, apply moisturizing cream after washing your hands, she said.

"If dry, itchy skin does not respond to the above recommendations, see a dermatologist," Burkemper said. "Severe dry skin may need a prescription ointment or cream, and dry skin may be a sign of a skin condition that needs medical treatment."

Skin Care Tips for all

Skin Care Tips for all

Soft skin is very obvious and can do wonders to your physical appearance. Not treating your skin properly will make you look like an polluted person – and, in the long run, it can make your skin saggy, give you creases, or even result in uneven dry patches of darker skin.

Skin Care Tips

Conversely, proper skin care is not only an visual matter – it’s very important to your health, too. Your skin is the largest appendage of your body, and suits the purpose of protecting your insides from the environment. If you’d like to look better and live a healthier life, be sure to follow these skin care tips!

The first tip to have a better skin is using sunscreen regularly. Few people realize the importance of protecting their skin from the sun – but it is one of the key factors to have a youthful, bright skin. To keep it fully protected, it’s suggested that you use at least 30 SPF sunscreen whenever you go outside.

The second tip is to always be gentle with your skin. Avoid taking long showers with hot water, as they can strip your skin from important natural oils, and use the mildest soaps you can find. When drying your skin, pat it with the towel, so you keep it moisturized to some extent. Also, make sure to shave any part of your body properly, and use some kind of shaving product when you do.

The third of the skin care tips is cleansing it regularly. In order to do that, you’ll need a skin cleanser, which can be easily found in any drugstore. There’s no need to pick up a fancy, expensive one – there are good cleansers for less than 10 dollars. However, you have to keep in mind that not all cleansers will work for you – people are different, and specific cleansers might have varied effects. If your first choice doesn’t work, different ones until you find the product that suits your skin – or ask your dermatologist for help.

Another great tip is to moisturize your skin whenever you feel the need. It’s easy to note when your skin is dryer than it’s supposed to be – it’ll feel tighter than usual. If you have a naturally oily skin, it might not be necessary often – but it’s important to be attentive to it anyway.

Exfoliation is another process that is vital to your skin’s appearance and health. It is often overlooked, but doing it can make an immediate, striking difference. Exfoliation is the process of buffing away dead skin cells, it will literally make your skin more vivid and fresh.

There are various ways to exfoliate your skin. They go from a simply piece of cloth with some cleanser and sugar, to cheap and easy to use a facial scrub, to the complex microdermabrasion kit. If you can afford it, you can also get a chemical peel done or even retinoids, which not only removes the top layer of dead skin cells, but also regenerates collagen.

If you want to have healthier skin, be sure to have a healthy life, too. Stress is an incredibly important factor for your entire body, and too much of it will certainly be bad for your skin. Your eating habits are also of utmost importance – make sure you’re ingesting appropriate amounts of the important nutrients for your skin.

Skin Care Tips - Vitamin For Skin

Vitamin C and E, for instance, are very important nutrients for your skin – they reduce free radical damage, caused by pollution and overexposure to the sun. They consume collagen and elastin, fibers essential to skin structure.

Vitamin A is another important nutrient for your skin. It even can be used topically to treat certain ailments.

Selenium is another vital nutrient for your skin as it’s responsible for tissue elasticity.

Dietary supplements, The Essential Fatty Acids, especially Omega-3, are very good to your skin, too. They can prevent the formation of whiteheads or blackheads and even protect from inflammation.

Skin Care Tips - Silica Complex Vitamin

Another important dietary supplement is Silica, which is responsible for strengthening the body’s connective tissues, such as muscles, tendons and bones.

Finally, Zinc is a mineral responsible for controlling the production of oil in the skin. Therefore, it’s also very relevant to skin health, and its deficiency is bound to result in acne on the face.

Many other basic health aspects are relevant to your skin health – smoking narrows the blood vessels in your skin, making it appear older and damaging the collagen. Exercise can also help improve your skin by increasing oxygen flow, preventing inflammation in the entire body and regulating your hormone levels, many of which are relevant to oil and collagen production.

Skin Care Tips - Skin Cleansing System

Another important thing to keep in mind is you have to remember not to overdo any of these skin care tips. It might sound counter-intuitive, but cleansing your skin excessively, for instance, will result in rashes or acne, exfoliating it too much can cause irritation, and moisturizing it more than necessary will clog your pores. Similarly, excessive intake of any nutrient can be dangerous, and extreme care with your skin can make it fragile, so be sure to do everything in moderation.

Even though the skin is extremely important, it’s easy to take it for granted. Nevertheless, you have to be very attentive to it. Your body has ways to inform you when something is going wrong, and sometimes all you need to do is pay attention.

The first step to having a brighter and healthier skin is paying attention to your needs – being aware of your type of skin, noticing the problems that can come with it and using the information on this article to solve them. Now, whatever issue you might find with your skin, you’ll have a way of solving it – and if you manage to properly do so, sooner or later it will become as health as can be.

Healthy Skin All Summer

 Healthy Skin All Summer Long

6 Tips for Healthy Skin All Summer Long

It is easy to neglect our skin in the summer. The warmer, more humid weather means our skin isn’t as dry and itchy as it is in the winter; and the sun kissed look of a tan can make us feel better when we look in the mirror. But the lazy days of summer don’t mean we should be lazy with our skin care regime; in fact, we should be even more diligent. Follow these six easy steps for gorgeous healthy skin.

1. Wear safe, non-toxic sunscreen, even on cloudy days
The worst sunburn I ever saw was on a person who thought she could stay out for hours without sunscreen because it was overcast. The sun’s burning rays are remarkably powerful and proficient, so wear sunscreen every day. When choosing a sunscreen, look for an SPF of at least 30, if you have fair skin. But don’t be seduced by super-high SPF numbers because their incremental sun protection diminishes as SPF increases, especially at higher levels. Many sunscreens with SPF from 50 to 100, for example, effectively block just 1-2% more sunburn rays than an SPF 30 products. Regardless of which SPF you choose, you should reapply often (ideally every 90 minutes), and always after swimming.

2. Avoid tanning beds
We now know that tanning beds are linked to cancer and are no safer than the actual sun, so think carefully about the risks you expose yourself to when you go to a tanning salon. If you really want some summer skin color, avoid tanning beds and choose a safer option, such as self-tanning towels and lotions. Be sure to check the ingredients label to ensure the base formulation is safe.
3. Exfoliate at least once a week, ideally twice

Dead cells sit on the surface of your skin making it look dull, rough and dry. By exfoliating, you are removing these dead cells, allowing your more radiant, healthier summer skin to shine through. Exfoliating also allows skin cells to regenerate more quickly, which keeps aging at bay. Whenever possible, choose a gentle, more natural exfoliator. Some “fruit acid” exfoliators such as alpha hydroxy acid and beta hydroxy acid (AHA and BHA) can actually be very harsh and cause significant irritation. Choose products with natural exfoliating grains instead.

4. Moisturize your skin
In the summer it is tempting to ease up on moisturizing because your skin may not feel as dry. But good moisturizers work over time, promoting healthy skin with consistent use. We don’t stop eating well or exercising in the summer, so we shouldn’t stop taking care of our skin. If you do happen to get a sunburn, act fast to mitigate the negative effects by moisturizing liberally and often with a lotion containing aloe vera. This will keep the burned skin well hydrated, and it will help to soothe the discomfort.

5. Have lots of summer fun, but don’t skimp on sleep
Lack of sleep can lead to increased levels of stress hormones, which may slow the production of collagen in the skin. When our skin stops producing collagen, it begins to lose elasticity and starts looking tired and worn.

6. Drink clean water

Drinking water benefits how well your body functions and ultimately affects how your skin looks and feels. For example, proper hydration helps flush toxins from your body. When toxins build up, they cause organs such as your kidneys to work less efficiently, which has a direct impact on your skin. There are  7 liters water drink every day.

How To comprehensible Acne

How To comprehensible Acne

acne skin care tips

Acne Skin Care Tip # 1:
One of the biggest myths about acne is that it will run it's course and go away on it's own. This notion is completely FALSE.
In nearly every case, severe acne problems can be avoided by seeking early treatment with a licensed expert that can recommend the right professional acne treatment combined with effective skin care products.
While acne may reach a burn out phase sometime in your life, you could suffer with break outs for many, many years. Acne does not just run its course -- many people break out well into their 40's and 50's. If left untreated, acne can cause scarring, hyperpigmentation, and could also lead to low self-esteem or depression.
Don't be fooled into thinking your acne will just go away. Start treatment early, at the first signs of blackheads or break outs. It will be much easier to treat your acne the earlier you seek help.

Acne Skin Care Tip # 2:
Let a Professional Assess Your Skin
Have you ever wondered why the top selling acne treatment works great for other people, but doesn't help you at all? Want to find out why some treatments quit working after a few weeks? Tired of getting burned (literally) by products that are too strong? Confused about whether you need to see a dermatologist or go to an acne skin care center?
When considering how to clear acne, it's important to get accurate information from a reliable source. A licensed acne expert can advise you about the best treatment options for your type of acne and level of skin sensitivity.
Our focus is helping you get clear skin quickly without adverse side effects
Having an acne expert that can recommend treatments, skin care products, and monitor your progress will accelerate healing as well as prevent future break outs.

Acne Skin Care Tip #3:
Get the Right Products & Follow a Consistent Skin Care Routine

Because we never know which pores will become clogged next, acne treatments work best as a preventative (not a spot treatment).
Although there are many effective treatments available, you'll never keep acne under control unless you treat your skin consistently with the right products for your type of acne and unique skin conditions.
You've got to use products strong enough to be effective, but not so strong that they create excessive dryness and irritation. That's where expert guidance can really help.
Most importantly, you have to treat the entire area that tends to break out in order to treat lesions that are not currently visible. Even when acne prone skin looks clear, it still has tiny impactions and constant tension in the pores. If you could see inside these weakened pores, you would see continuous filling, breaking, leaking and healing activity. When your skin is clear, a delicate balance has been struck.
It can take up to 90 days for an acne lesion to form. So, while sometimes it seems like break outs happen overnight -- most often, these lesions have been forming over a long period of time. That's why you have to be consistent and treat your skin every day in order to get your acne under control.
Once you start treating your skin consistently with the right products for your type of acne, the current lesions will heal and you'll be preventing new lesions from forming. Because acne is a chronic condition, you must continue treatment daily to keep it under control.

Acne Skin Care Tip #4:
keep away from Over Cleansing and Aggressive Scrubbing
No matter how badly you want to get rid of acne, you cannot scrub it away. Over washing or scrubbing will only irritate your skin and can lead to inflammation or more break outs. Using a harsh cleanser or washing more than twice a day will dehydrate your skin and may increase sen-sitivity to your acne treatment products.
Twice a day, use a gentle cleanser suited to your skin type and acne conditions. Follow with a non-drying toner and lightweight hydrator. Even extremely oily skin can benefit from a light-weight, gel hydrator.

Carefully follow directions when using acne treatment products. Over using products will not get your skin clear any faster, in fact, it may impede your progress.
Be consistent with your routine and adjust as needed. It will take time (usually 90 days or longer) before your skin shows the full effects of your skin care routine.

Acne Skin Care Tip #5:

shrink Stress
Get enough rest and find ways to manage your stress.
The adrenal gland promotes oil production, which leads to clogged pores. In people with acne prone skin, stress stimulates the adrenal gland.
Eating healthy, nutrient-rich foods will help keep your body and your skin looking it's best. Remember -- chocolate does not aggravate acne for most people -- but highly refined foods and sugary foods may increase inflammation in the body, including the skin. Greasy foods aggravate acne only because they often contain high levels of salt.
To maintain natural, clear skin -- avoid foods, sports drinks, protein bars, and vitamin supplements containing iodides. Iodized salt, seafood, fish, seaweed, fast foods, dairy products and kelp tablets all contain iodides. See "Foods High in Iodides" for a more complete list.
Avoid foods containing androgen hormones. Androgens aggravate acne and are found in peanuts, peanut oil, peanut butter, corn oil, wheat germ, shellfish, organ meats, sweetbreads, beef, and liver. NOTE: other nuts do not contain androgen hormones (just peanuts).
Acne Skin Care Tip # 6 :

Pick out Your Skin - Ice Inflammation
ice for acne break outs
Handling your skin causes pressure and friction on the pores which can lead to break outs. Be careful not to rest your chin in your hand or on your cheek while studying or working on the computer. Avoid excessive rubbing or touching & never pick or try to pop your pimples.
My insider secret and one of my best acne skin care tips -- after cleansing, put several ice cubes in a small plastic baggie and rotate the ice pack over areas you tend to break out. This is one of the best pimple remedies I know -- treating your skin with ice will reduce inflammation and cut healing time dramatically. Just be sure not to overdo it -- a few minutes is enough to get the benefits of icing.
Icing your skin for a few minutes prior to applying benzoyl peroxide acne products will also help them to penetrate the pore and work more effectively.

Acne Skin Care Tip # 7 :

keep away from Fabric Softener & Wash Pillow Cases Regularly

Liquid fabric softener and dryer sheets leave behind a waxy residue that is highly pore clogging. Avoid using fabric softener on your towels, sheets, wash cloths and pillow cases. Fragrance-free fabric softeners aren't any better -- in this case, it's the softening agents that are a problem for acne prone skin.
Once you're wearing acne medication overnight, you may notice your skin and eyes get irritated. Sometimes this happens because your products are transferred onto your pillow cases & then back to other areas of your skin. Wash pillow cases frequently to avoid this problem.
If your skin is sensitive, use fragrance-free detergents such as Cheer Free, All Free & Clear, Tide Free or Arm & Hammer Free. If you can't tolerate static cling in your dryer, try anti-static balls like Dryer-Max Anti-Static Balls (available at Bed Bath & Beyond).

Acne Skin Care Tip #  8 :

Vitamins for Clear Skin
In addition to following an appropriate skin care routine, you can reduce inflammation and improve healing by taking nutritional supplements or vitamins for clear skin. Be sure to avoid vitamin supplements that contain iodides, seaweed, or kelp, as they can actually make your acne worse.
Zinc - Taking zinc supplements can be helpful because studies show that it acts in a similar way to antibiotics in improving inflamed acne. Zinc is an essential trace element that is best used as a treatment, not as a preventative. If you have inflamed acne, you may consider taking zinc in a dosage of 50-100mg.
Many zinc supplements can upset your stomach, and taking more than 60 mg may lead to deficiencies in other vitamins and minerals -- I recommend OptiZinc because it contains copper, a mineral that can be depleted by zinc supplements. OptiZinc is formulated to prevent nausea -- be sure to take it with food, and discontinue taking zinc once your skin is completely clear.
Fish Oil / Omega-3 Oils - Evidence suggests that people with chronic inflammatory acne may benefit from taking relatively higher doses (1000-1700mg) of purified omega-3 oils -- primarily found in wild ocean fish such as salmon, mackerel, cod and herring.
Omega-3 oils have anti-inflammatory properties, may help regulate hormones, and may shorten the intensity of break outs for people with acne prone skin. There is no known toxicity associated with taking fish oil long term, however, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure this is an option for you.
Keep in mind -- vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements can be helpful in getting severe inflammatory acne under control. But in most cases, taking vitamins for clear skin will not be sufficient treatment alone. You must also follow a consistent home-care routine with the right acne control formulas.
Acne skin Care Tip # 9 :
Clean out Gently After Apply
sponge down skin gently yet thoroughly immediately following exercise, sports, or any other activity that causes you to perspire heavily.
Heat & humidity as well as pressure & friction can lead to increased break outs. When we exercise or engage in activities that cause us to perspire, we increase heat in our skin and create temporary swelling and pressure surrounding our pores.
Be sure to cleanse your skin with a gentle cleanser and lukewarm or cool water following activities that cause you to perspire. This will help reduce heat and pressure and will clean sweat and oily secretions from your skin.
Follow cleansing with a light hydrating gel and/or sunscreen.
Pressure and friction can be caused by headbands, backpacks, helmets, hats/caps, shoulder pads, and tight fitting sports clothing. Sometimes you won't be able to avoid wearing these items, so whenever possible, try to wash your skin gently after use. Be sure to keep caps, helmets, chin straps, and other things that come into contact with your skin clean by wiping them down with a soap and water solution or disinfectant wipe after each use.

Acne Skin Care Tip # 10 :

keep away from Comedogenic Ingredients
If you have acne prone skin, you must get in the habit of checking skin care and cosmetics labels for acne causing, comedogenic ingredients.

Earlier than you put anything on your skin (including acne treatment products), check the product labels to be sure they don't contain these pore clogging ingredients that cause acne.

Skin care Tips for Anti Agining

Simple accepted Anti Aging Tips That Will Supercharge Your Skin

Natural anti aging tips are everywhere, but how often do you bump into a nice collection of 100% natural, and 100% effective anti aging tips? Not often, if you ask me, so I’ve decided to compile this list for you.

If you even use a fraction of the natural anti aging tips listed below, your skin and your health (in many cases) will improve dramatically.

With all that said, here are the 27 natural anti aging tips. Enjoy!

1. Drink Clean Water
Your body is for the most part made up of water, and it matters what kind of water you take into your body. Tap water often contains chloride, fluoride and pollution which can be toxic over time. Even bottled water often originates from the tap, so the best thing is having an effective water filter or finding a source of spring water.
Drinking enough water helps your body get rid of toxins and waste and keep your skin youthful, so remember to drink enough water throughout the day!

2. Eat More Antioxidants
Antioxidants are the “good guys” that help rejuvenate the body from the inside out. They counteract free radical damage and keep your body and skin youthful. Foods rich in antioxidants are blueberries, dark leafy greens, grapes, raspberries, sprouts and raw nuts.
There are also multivitamins and other natural supplements available today that contain antioxidants. Many are of low-quality, but if you can find one that rocks, then I recommend you try it.

3. MSM
MSM is a natural sulfonyl sulfur compound. It has been known to heal skin problems, joints, lessen cholesterol build-up, improve the immune system, stomach problems, and last but not least, it helps you reduce wrinkles and look younger.
MSM can be found in raw vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables, but it disappears during food processing, so to make sure you have enough, an MSM supplement may be in order.
4.   keep fit
One of the best anti aging tips is to get daily exercise. I especially recommend a good weight training workout. For the longest time, I was afraid of weights, because I didn’t want to get big, bulky muscles, but I’ve since changed my mind…
Weight training is the fastest way to get exercise, burn fat, and get that toned, fit look which everyone wants. It also helps you sleep better, makes you happier, and of course, supercharges your skin.

5. Take Your Vitamins
Even if you eat a varied and healthy diet, it can be near impossible to get the amount of nutrients that your body needs. Even researchers and experts are telling people to take a multivitamin, because more and more people are showing up with nutritional deficiencies.
Without enough nutrients your body starts going downhill (i.e. you start aging faster, sleeping worse, and everything bad happens). If you want a really good multivitamin, I recommend this one from Xtend-Life, which I and my boyfriend use daily.

6. Don’t Stress!
How you feel on the inside affects what your skin looks like. Stress, anxiety, and depression have shown to increase skin, nail, and hair problems. Have you noticed people with very stressful jobs often have a lot more wrinkles?
It’s because of stress. The best way to reduce or even eliminate stress is first and foremost through avoiding stressful situations. If you’ve done your best in that department, I recommend yoga, meditation, reading a good book, or just doing something that makes you breathe in deeply and enjoy the moment.

7.  Take in air Deeply
While we’re on the topic of breathing, did you know that breathing deep down into your diaphragm reduces stress and slows down the aging process?
This is one of those simple natural anti aging tips that is very easily overlooked. I’m taking deep breaths as I write this, and I can feel the difference. I’m suddenly very peaceful and calm.
Try breathing deeply for the rest of this article.

8. Diminish Alcohol and Caffeine
Alcohol and caffeine are diuretic and if you’re not careful they can cause dehydration. This causes your skin to get dry, which can lead to aging. Alcohol and caffeine can also leech your body from nutrients and in that manner be damaging. Indulging every once in a while is fine, but don’t over-do it.
I personally like to eliminate both from my life almost entirely. It can be hard in the beginning, but it’s worth it.

9. Have Some Healthy Fats
Healthy skin needs healthy fats from wild fish, omega 3 supplements, cod liver oil, olive oil, coconuts, and walnuts. If you eat too little fats your skin may get dry or inflamed, and age faster. Your skin will be firmer, plumper, and younger-looking with healthy fats.
We don’t get everything we need from food, which is why I eat fish, use olive oil in my salads, coconut oil in my cooking, and take a purified fish oil supplement.

10. Whole Foods All The Way
Make your diet rich in nutrients! Eliminate refined sugar, fast food, and most grains. Consider grass fed and finished meats or wild game, dairy and eggs from pastured animals, and local fresh produce. Those are great food options for giving your body what it needs to be healthy and youthful.
Contrary to what many believe, meat is not the problem, but make sure you avoid factory farmed meat as much as possible.

11. Include Natural Foods
Did you know that every long lived culture eats some sort of fermented food or beverage? Examples are sauerkraut, kefir, sourdough bread, fermented fish, and kombucha. They improve digestion, increase nutritional uptake, and restore the balance of good bacteria in your gut.
Keeping your stomach happy is especially important today when we’re bombarded with bad food and other substances that are harmful to the good bacteria in our stomach. This is one of those anti aging tips that’s tough to implement in the beginning, because it’s so new for many, but once you get going, it’s easy!

12. Super food Snacks
Super foods are foods rich in phyto nutrients and are great alternatives to unhealthy snacks. Try dried goji berries, mulberries, blueberries, raw brazil nuts, or bee pollen, these are yummy snacks that will do you and your skin a world of good.
Some of the best natural anti aging tips address what’s going on inside your body, because you can use all the natural anti aging creams in the world, but if you’re not healthy on the inside, they won’t work.

13. Massage
You and I both know how relaxing a massage can be. If you have a boyfriend (or girlfriend), maybe you can give each other a massage once in a while, or you could get a professional therapist to loosen you up.
Scientists are just now discovering how big of an effect stress has on our bodies, so anything you can do to reduce it is awesome.

14. Sun
You’ve probably been told to stay out of the sun, and while I agree that too much sun is bad, I disagree with the fact that you should avoid it altogether.
Your body is dependent on the sun for the production of Vitamin D. Now, a big majority of people are deficient in vitamin D which is not good for your health nor your skin. A great way to boost your levels is to be out in the sun for 15-20 minutes a day or take a Vitamin D supplement.
If you do take a supplement, make sure it is vitamin D3, as vitamin D2 is inferior.

15. Juice !
This is another anti aging tip for getting more nutrients into your body and thereby protecting your skin and body from aging. Make your own juice daily and you’ll get hydrated and filled with antioxidants.
It’s as simple as buying a cheap juicer (or a better, expensive one, it’s up to you), buying fruits and veggies from the store and juicing them. Simple, easy, and effective.

16. Go Organic
While we’re talking about juicing, let’s talk about organic produce. Are they really better than non-organic? I would have to say yes, but if you can’t afford organic, don’t worry about it.
Fruits and vegetables are still healthy for you even if they contain a pesticide or two.

17. Meditate
It is proven that meditation reduces stress, and in that way increases your health, longevity, and improves your skin.
Meditation doesn’t have to be you sitting in a lotus position. It can be you breathing and being present while doing the dishes, walking the dog, or reading a book.

18. Sleep Well
Lack of sleep can cause hormonal imbalance and accelerated aging. It is recommended to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep, and to go to bed before 11 pm, since, interestingly enough, most repairs in the body are done between 11 and 1 am.
One of the biggest natural anti aging tips has to be to sleep well. It’s so basic, yet so many neglect it.

19. Have Fun in Bed
That’s right! Studies show making love three times a week in a stress free relationship can make you look 10 years younger.
And this should probably not surprise anyone.

20. Sauna
A sauna session induces relaxation and is very healthful. If you combine it with cold exposure, making it a hot-cold therapy, you get even more benefits. It increases the anti oxidant capabilities of your body and reduces stress hormones.
Here in Finland, where I spend at least some time each year, there’s a sauna in almost every apartment and house. It’s refreshing to jump in every few days!

21. Balance Your Hormones

Hormonal imbalances can both make your skin break out and make you look older than you are. A few common signs of hormonal imbalance are acne, irregular periods, fatigue, oily skin and weight gain.

Hormones can be balanced naturally, with for example changed dietary habits, herbal treatments, and supplements.

22. Meridian beating
This is yet another way to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry. It uses the same set of meridian points as in acupuncture and acupressure. These points on the body are stimulated by the pressure of your fingertips, and this has shown to effectively heal and relax the body.
It’s great in reducing stress, fears, and worries. It may sound strange, but it works. You can learn more at EFT Universe.

23. Reason
We all need a purpose in life. Sometimes it can be extra hard to find. But as long as you follow your heart, you will get to where you need to be.
A good place to start might be to discover your passion.

24. To Play
Sometimes we’re way too serious about the problems in our life. Have some fun and play. Try new things and let go of the worries you have.

25. Avoid Synthetic Chemicals
In many skin care and body hygiene products you find all sorts of strange ingredients that often are made up in a laboratory. Several of the chemical preservatives and additives in skin care products have shown to give adverse reactions and accelerated skin aging.

If you want to prevent signs of aging, then it is best to choose an all natural skin care line.

26. Play With Home Made Remedies
Not sure what skin care products to use? A good way to nourish your skin and avoid risky preservatives and additives is to make your own home made anti aging moisturizer.
You can use ingredients like raw cocoa (cacao) butter, natural vitamin E, and active manuka honey. Or why not cold pressed jojoba, avocado, or coconut oil?

27. Use Cutting Edge Skin Care
Last, but definitely not least comes all natural cutting edge skin care products. I love applying my skin care products every day, and I know you probably do, too.
Many of the skin care creams, moisturizers, and gels today contain harmful chemicals, just like I mentioned above, so it’s extra important that you find something that not only uses high-quality, natural ingredients, but also is free from any unnatural substances.
I know that many are curious about what products I use, so I’m just going to spill the beans. I use the skin care line from Xtend-Life and have been using them for almost two years.

What can I say, they are the only company that I have bought natural anti aging products from for this long. It works!

Skin CareTips for considerate for Oily Skin

Tips for considerate for Oily Skin

There are  10 tips for taking care of oily skin.

Wash your face ¾ times in  a day – once in the morning and once before bed  & returning your home from out side. Washing more often can strip your skin of  all the natural moisturizers and increase oil production. The only time you should wash your face more than twice a day is if you have been perspiring.
Use a gentle cleanser. If you need something stronger, look for ingredients specifically made for oily skin and acne, such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, or beta-hydroxy acid. Although usually marketed for acne, these products work well for oily skin too.
If you are experimenting with different cleansers to find one that works for you, keep a notebook and write down the date, what cleanser you are  using and keep track of how your skin looks after a few weeks. If you notice irritation, write that down so you know not to try that cleanser again.
Don’t scrub your face as this can stimulate oil production.
If you use a toner, use it only on areas that are oily, such as your forehead or around your nose. If you have areas that  aren’t oily, toners can create dry patches.
If you have oil build up in between facial washings, use a medicated pad or blotting paper to remove excess oil. These products have the added benefit of being portable, allowing you  to freshen up your face no matter where you are.

Oily skin still needs to be moisturized, but be careful to choose the right moisturizer. Look for water based or oil-free moisturizers and stay away from creams and heavy moisturizers.
When choosing foundation and other make-up, pick those with gel, liquid or powder bases. If using a liquid make-up make sure it is water based, not oil based. Makeup labeled “noncomedongenic” contain ingredients that won’t clog your pores.
Exfoliate once a week to help loosen and remove dirt and oil in your pores.

No matter how tempted, don’t pick, pop or squeeze pimples as it can cause scarring and leave red spots on your face.

Top Skin Care Tips

Here are 10 tips for keeping your skin healthy, looking and feeling at it’s very best

1. Know Your Skin Type – there are five types of skin: oily, normal, sensitive, dry and combination skin. Most skin care products will cater for a particular type of skin. Using the incorrect product for your skin, wastes both time and money, however, more importantly, it could also harm your skin.

2. Drink huge of Water – your body needs at least 2 litres of water every day. This amount of water allows your body to properly flush out toxins. Allowing toxins to build up in your body also allows them to build up in your skin. Drinking plenty of water will help to keep your skin clear.

3. Cleanse Daily – cleansing daily helps to remove makeup, impurities, dust and grime keeping your skin free from pollutants it has been exposed to throughout the day.  Water should be lukewarm. Extreme hot or cold can irritate your skin and lead to dryness.

4. Be Gentle – when cleansing, be gentle. Make sure your aren’t scrubbing or exfoliating too hard. Exfoliate two to three times a week. If your skin is sensitive,  exfoliate only twice a week at most.

5. Moisturise – we do not don’t want our skin to get too dry, however, we don’t want it over oily either. Limit showers to no more than 10 minutes, any longer could actually rob skin of its natutural oils and moisture. When you emerge from the shower, pat your body dry gently.  Use moisturisers or lotions immediately after showering or bathing, preferably while the skin is still slightly damp.

6. Simple – NO Soap. Soap has no place on your face, it is too harsh and can cause many issues from over dry to extremely oily.

7.  SPF – Sunscreen should be used daily to protect your skin from  harmful UVA and UVB rays. Overexposure to the sun without proper protection can cause sun or age spots, pigmentation and wrinkles. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Overexposure to the sun’s UVB rays can cause skin cancer, which makes this one of the most important skin care tips.  Take a vitamin D supplement if you feel you are not absorbing enough sun.

8. Exercise and Rest – enough exercise and proper amounts of sleep are important to your skin care, and your health as a whole.  Regular exercise and getting enough sleep can ward off wrinkles, and can also help to relieve stress.

9. Keep an Eye on Your Skin – you need to monitor your skin for any issues that may develop over time. If you have a lighter skin tone, freckles, or moles, you may be more susceptible to problems. You may also want to treat any age spots, sun spots or hyper pigmentation that may develop to avoid more severe problems later in life.

10. Stay Stress Free –  take time to de-stress.  Not only does this help you maintain your sanity, you will have less skin issues to add to your list of  worries. Stress can and does cause spots, dry or even oily skin.

These are just 10 skin care tips that are important to remember to help maintain a fresh healthy skin. If you have skin or body care issues we are able to offer advice and or treatments to help solve those problems. Treat your skin well and you will truly enhance your outer beauty.

Hot tips To put off Hair Loss

While Androgenetic Alopecia is the number one reason why individuals experience hair loss, it is not the only one. Medical conditions such as hypothyroidism, ringworm and fungal infections can cause hair loss. Certain medications such as blood thinners, gout medication, birth control pills and too much vitamin A can cause sudden or abnormal hair loss as can following a crash diet, sudden hormonal changes, chemotherapy and radiation. If you are taking prescription medications, talk to your doctor and find out if your medication is contributing to your hair loss.

[singlepic id=145 w=320 h=240 float=right]At any given time 10% of our hair is in what is called a “resting phase” and after 2-3 months resting, hair falls out and new hair grows in its place. Some people, however, experience more hair loss than is normal.

Over here are some excellent resources on how to prevent further hair loss:

Avoid mega-doses of vitamin A. Too much vitamin A can cause your hair to fall out.

Exercise, do yoga, meditate or find some other practice that will help to reduce your anxiety and stress levels. If you wear pigtails, cornrows, use a curling iron, hair dryer or hot rollers, try changing your hair style to one that puts less pressure and stress on your hair and scalp.

If hot oil treatments or chemicals such as those used in permanents are causing inflammation to the scalp, discontinue their use, or reduce the number of times you are using them.

Use gentle shampoos and conditioners to avoid any unnecessary damage to your hair.

In men, herbs such as saw palmetto and licorice root help block the formation of DHT. The same holds true for supplementation with zinc. As an added benefit, studies show that these supplements can also help prevent prostate enlargement.

Massage your scalp with rosemary oil in an olive oil base. Both rosemary oil and massaging the scalp can stimulate the circulation in the scalp and promote hair growth. Again, if you are experiencing hair loss, check with your doctor to ensure that a more serious disorder isn’t the cause.
